These Terms govern the relationship between you ("Client") and Emily Copywriting BV, Veldstraat 41, 3140 Keerbergen, Belgium, BTW BE0921.456.783 ("we"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance.
We provide digital copywriting: brand voice, website page copy, email newsletters, LinkedIn executive content, and e-commerce product copy. All services delivered digitally. No physical goods supplied.
A binding contract is formed upon written order confirmation by email. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
All prices in EUR, exclusive of Belgian BTW (21%) where applicable. EU clients outside Belgium with a valid VAT number use the reverse charge mechanism. Payment at checkout via Stripe Payments Europe.
Seed: 8 business days. Bloom: 9 business days. Meadow: agreed at brief. Timelines start from the later of payment or completed brief receipt. We communicate delays in advance.
Seed: 2 rounds. Bloom: 3 rounds. Meadow: unlimited. A revision applies changes to an existing draft. Material scope changes may be quoted additionally.
English and Dutch as agreed. Both in-house. French available by arrangement.
Ownership of delivered copy transfers to the Client upon full payment. We retain the right to describe completed projects in portfolio materials unless confidentiality is agreed.
Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the specific project. Indirect losses excluded unless caused by gross negligence.
Belgian law. Disputes subject to the courts of Leuven, Belgium. Belgian consumer clients may also refer to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be).
